      BACKGROUND

      Mr. Timothy Lee Mann is a Principal of Metron Surveying & Mapping LLC. He has over 14 years experience in Professional Surveying, all in the South Florida area.

      EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

      Mr. Mann has experience in all areas of professional surveying. A sample of Projects he has participated in the development of include the following:

      City of Sanibel, Island Water Association Treatment Plant - Stake, construction layout and as-built of new treatment plant.

      City of Sanibel, Island Water Association – Stake well fields and establish horizontal & vertical control.

      Periwinkle Way – Locate existing features within the right-of-way for roadway improvements.

      Mean High Water Study – Establish mean high water line for various areas throughout Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

      U.S. 41 Improvements, North Collier County – Stake, grade and
      as-built survey for right-of-way improvements.

      Conservation Lands Program, Lee County – Various boundary surveys for conservation lands acquired by Lee County.
